Q 1. 저는 뉴저지 Bergen County 노인 아파트에 살고 있습니다. 함께 살던 남편은 Dementia 로 고생을 하다가 현재 양로원에 계십니다. 그런데 남편과 제가 갖고 있던 Funeral Life Insurance 에서 실수로 돈이 은행으로 들어왔습니다. 남편 몫으로 $6,400, 제 것으로 $3,000 인데 제 몫으로 들어온 돈을 제가 다 써버렸습니다. 이렇게 되면 저희들이 갖고 있던 메디케이드가 혹시 cancel 되는 것이 아닐까 궁금합니다.
I have been living in Bergen County Senior Housing. My husband is suffering from dementia and is in the nursing home. Money accidentally came into the bank from the Funeral Life Insurance. My husband received $6,400 and I received $3,000 and I spent all my money. In this case, I wonder if the Medicaid we had was canceled.

Q 2. 저희 어머니는 올해로 84살이 되셨습니다. 어머니는 Medicare Supplemental 약값 플랜을 받고 계셨습니다. 그런데 얼마 전 Medicaid를 갖고 계시게 되면서 원래의 Medicare 약값 플랜이 취소되었습니다. 문제는 약값이 Medicaid에서 커버가 안되고 계속 현재 캐쉬로 내고 계십니다. 어떻게 이런 문제가 생겼는지 잘 모르겠습니다. 도와주세요.
My mother is 84 years. She has a Medicare supplemental Drug Plan. However, the original Medicare Drug Plan was canceled as soon as she had Medicaid. The problem is that Drug price is not covered by Medicaid and continues to pay cash. I do not know how this happened. Please advise on this matter.
